All Sales are Final
Due to the nature of all products and offerings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. Please keep in mind that crystals and gemstones are natural and will always have imperfections (as do we). Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason. No exceptions will be made.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges on gift cards.
All Sales are final. If a rare exception has been made, you will be notified once your refund request has been reviewed and be notified if the refund/exchange was approved or rejected.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, unless store credit has been elected. Refund processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Please note: Depending on your credit card provider the refund can take up to 1-2 billing cycles to show up on your credit card statement. Store Credit is issued immediately. In the event of a rare exception for an exchange, the customer is solely responsible for return shipping costs, with items carefully packaged. Failure to package items carefully will forfeit all exchange agreements, and you will not be issued a replacement item. If shipping items valued over $75 it is recommended that you purchase tracking insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your package.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded when the refund is processed. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
Please note, Empress Energy Healing LLC reserves the right to refuse all returns. If in the unlikely event that a product arrives missing items, we will send your missing item within 10 days of original receipt of your order.
